Cumann Caoga Bliain 2023
Cumann Caoga Bliain - 50 Year Anniversary Celebration.
Are you a graduate from the Class of 1973? Join us for the Cumann Caoga Bliain Reunion on Thursday, June 1st, 2023 to celebrate the special milestone of 50 years since your graduation.
We look forward to welcoming you back on campus where you will be reunited with your classmates in the Aula Maxima 50 years on!
The timeline of the day is as follows:
12.30pm: Arrival at the Aula Maxima (Lower)
1pm: Lunch and welcome from An tOllamh Ciarán Ó hOgartaigh.
2.30pm: Visit to the 1973 archives in the Hardiman Building (Library)
3.00pm: Walking Tour of campus
4.30pm: Remembrance Mass for deceased classmates in the Chapel of St. Columbanus, Distillery Road, NUI Galway.
5pm: Tea/Coffee & Sandwiches, St. Columbanus Chapel.
Tickets cost €30 per person. Like so many events of this kind, the rule of ‘the more the merrier’ applies and so I strongly encourage you to get in contact with college friends and celebrate this special milestone together.
