Book a Room

Buildings & Estates provides a service to process requests for all venues on campus for teaching, meetings, conferences, events, etc. 

For any other booking enquiries email space@universityofgalway.ie and include the following information:

• Day, date, start and finish time
• Is it a once-off booking or a recurrent booking
• Booking type e.g. meeting, seminar
• Staff ID number
• Cost centre (used to track bookings, no charge is incurred)
