Researchers at the Centre for Disability Law and Policy at NUI Galway compiled this study on global barriers to access to justice for persons with disabilities, commissioned by the UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The study’s findings hope to inform future debate at the UN about guidelines to ensure effective access to justice for persons with disabilities around the world.
