Which cost centre can I submit a travel and subsistence claim against?

Claims can only be submitted against D* and R* but not C* cost centres. The system assigns a default cost centre to each user based on information in the CORE HR system. Please note there should be only one approver for each claim. i.e. can use different cost centres as long as they belong to the same budget holder.

Can I change the default cost centre for an entire claim?

How to amend an incorrect cost centre?

Before saving as ready please check summary screen to ensure the cost centre for each line is correct.

• If you notice an incorrect subaccount please refer to How to amend a claim/How to change subaccount

After saving as ready you may notice an incorrect cost centre. 

• You should contact the person the claim is currently with so that they can reject your claim.
• You can see who the claim is currently with for actioning by following these steps How to check the status of a T&S claim
• Once the claim is rejected then refer to How to amend a claim/How to change subaccount.
