Living out & Accommodation Charges

Living Out 

Students who live in the local area (Limerick, Clare) are permitted to live out. All year 1 students who live outside this area are required to live in the student village in Bunratty. Exceptions may be made for mature students (age over 23) or students with special circumstances. Students who live within the above radius may avail of accommodation if there are vacancies.

Accommodation Charges 

The accommodation charge in 2020 was €115.00 per week. The accommodation charge can be paid in two instalments. Each student is required to pay a utility charge of €500 in September. This will be used to offset the charge of gas,electrity and waste in the student’s house. Students also had pay a security deposit of €250.
