10th Anniversary of University of Galway-Tusla Joint Training Partnership
This partnership began in January 2013 and has become a core component of the Continuing Professional Development programme for Tusla staff and the scheduled programme for MA in Social Work and Family Support students. The aim of the training is to enhance co-operation and partnership between Tusla and the University in relation to professional training and education for those working with children and families. Speakers include academics, practitioners, policy makers and children and young people. On the 6th October, the Ombudsman for Children, Dr. Niall Muldoon was guest speaker.
