Dr Aisling Gillen has joined the Child and Family Research Centre, NUIG as Visiting Research Fellow. Aisling brings with her a wealth of experience in leadership and management of systems change in public service delivery systems. Her programme of work focusses on strengthening leadership and management in health and social services with an emphasis on systems theory and complex system dynamics which drive innovation and change in complex organisational contexts.
