Expert/Judge - Restaurant Service - WorldSkills Ireland Preparing competitors to represent Ireland at Worldskills competitions every 2 years in Restaurant Service. In 2019 Ruairi Grealish achieved 4th place receiving a medallion for excellence. In 2017 Kathlyn Leahy achieve 10th place receiving a medallion for excellence and also gold medal for Best of Nation.

Teaching Interests

My passion lies in teaching Wine and Beverage studies.
I have a keen interest in the use of digital media in practical teaching.
