What is my logon 

• Your logon is a combination of a Username and Password. 
  NEW STUDENTS: Your User Name is your CAO number / Application NUmber (now your Univeristy of Galway student ID Number).  Password details will be noted in your account activation email‌ - MFA - from the Universitys IT Section (ISS). 
  CONTINUING STUDENTS use the details from last year ( 22/23).

Non-EU Students

I am a past student of this University, do I get a new number?

No.  Please note that it is University of Galway policy to retain your full student history under your first (or old) University of Galway ID number. You will therefore be required to register using your existing student number (please do not register using your application number). There are, unfortunately, implications for your student account if you register under the wrong number; you can read these here .
