Who and Where We Are

You can find us right in the heart of campus, just inside the doors of the Arts & Science Concourse. We'll be the first stop for many of you as you interact the University support network. Trained in effective and empathetic communication, we're here to help with any query you may have about student life.

From directions to deferrals, rest assured that any queries we can't resolve will be directed to the relevant University staff member or Student Support Service.

Drop into us on the first floor the Arts/Science Concourse from 10am–4pm, Mon to Thurs & 10am–1pm on Fridays. Don't have time to drop in? You can email us at SEC@universityofgalway.ie or dm us on Instagram and we will do our best to help you with your query. 

Why not try asking CARA, your virtual assistant - if CARA can't help with your query, you will be transfered to an experienced member of staff.
