Indicative Module Descriptor:

This module is aimed at students in the third year of the programme. The main aim is to prepare students for employment in a health care setting by maintaining clinical skills and providing an opportunity to apply academic skills to clinical practice.

Indicative Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this module, students should have

• Developed clinical skills to the level of a competent junior therapist
• Contributed to inservice training by leading a workshop or training session
• Contributed to research and audit in the setting as appropriate
• Maintained a small caseload of clients
