What is this Course?

This program has been designed to equip non-HR managers with essential HR skills, including performance management, and a foundational understanding of Irish employment legislation as it applies to their day-to-day activities.

Gillian is a Chartered Member of the CIPD for 20 years and has worked in the HR world since. She held Senior Human Resource Management roles within the hospitality industry notably the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for the Radisson Blu Hotels in the UK and Ireland.
