Serena Quondamatteo

Biography

Serena Quondamatteo has recently joined the Irish Centre for Social Gerontology, working as a Research Assistant for the next 10 months on the CONTEXT-Care project. Serena will also be graduating later this year with a MSc in Health Economics from the University of Galway. During her time in the MSc, she deeply fostered her research interests in the meaning of ageing in place, the mechanisms social and public policy can uplift ageing in place and how these concepts can vary across diverse people and geographies. Serena is looking forward to engaging with this piece of research, support all on the CONTEXT-Care team and continue to explore and develop her research interests.
