Dublin Law & Business Launch

Over 200 graduates and friends attended the launch of the Dublin Law and Business Alumni Chapter on Friday, April 28th, at the Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place.
The event was officially launched by Uachtarán na hÉireann, Catherine Connolly, herself a graduate of the University (BA 1977, LLB 1989).
Professor Alma McCarthy, Executive Dean of the College of Business, Public Policy and Law, also addressed the gathering, highlighting the role of alumni networks in fostering connection and collaboration among graduates.
The organising committee for the new chapter includes Keith Walsh, Denise Waldron, Jim Clarken, and Sinead Dunne. The next chapter event is scheduled to take place in October.
The University and the committee would like to extend their sincere thanks to the Law Society of Ireland and its President, Rosemarie Loftus, for their wonderful hospitality in hosting this inaugural event at Blackhall Place.
