First INISH Presentation at an international conference!
We are happy to share that our work was part of the programme at the 27th World Meeting on Sexual Medicine, held in Porto, Portugal, between 25-28 February 2026.
The European Sexual Medicine Network Surveys Working Group held a symposium on European Sex Surveys, moderated by our own Dr András Költő.

The symposium featured presentations from Professor Pedro Nobre (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Science, University of Porto) on The World Observatory on Sexual Health and applying the New WHO Sexual Health Measure (SHAPE) in Portugal, Dr Toni Anželo Fernandes (Institute of Public Health, Rīga Stradiņš University) on sexual well-being in Latvia, Dr Kateřina Klapilová (National Institute of Mental Health, Czechia) on sexual violence and paraphilic disorders in Czechia, Professor Peer Briken (Institute for Sex Research, Sexual Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry, University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf, Germany) on sexual dysfunction and compulsive sexual behaviour disorder in Germany.
András presented data on mood assessment in sex survey participants and their interviewers in the feasibility phase of the INISH study.
We are looking forward to working with other national sex survey teams to advance sex research in Europe.
