Payment Dates

Monthly  Paid Employees Pay Date:

Monthly paid Staff payroll (including employees submitting excel Timesheets for payment) is processed on the 3rd last working day of the month except December. You can access your payslip on Core Portal and further information is available here

Travel & Subsistences Expenses Pay Date:

Expenses payment run is processed twice a month on the financial system and you will receive a remittance advice by email.

Weekly Paid Employees Pay Date:

Weekly paid Staff payroll is processed on each Friday of the relevant week

Retired Staff Pensions Pay Date:

Retired staff payment of pension is processed on the 3rd last working day of the month except December. You can access your payslip on Core Portal and further information is available here

Students Scholarship Pay Date:

Student Scholarship payment is processed on the 6th last working day of the month except December. FAQs available here
