Mother-and-baby home report breaches survivors' rights

Institution survivor Mary Harney and Dr Maeve O’Rourke, NUI Galway and The Clann Project, react to the admission by the State that the rights of survivors of mother-and-baby homes were breached. This happened when they were not given a draft copy of the report of the Commission of Investigation into Mother and Baby Homes before it was published.
