Suzanne Ryan has in excess of 25 years delivering for businesses across the National and International spheres in B2B, B2C and D2C across a wide range of organisations. Having worked for Kerry Group Plc, Guinness Group, The Jones Group Plc and Supermac's her experience is wide-ranging. Her most recent focus is the health services sector where she is the Managing Director of Home Instead and also Chairperson of Symphysis Medical, a spin-off of the on campus BioInnovate programme.
With numerous post-graduate qualifications from NUI Galway in Health Science & Business coupled with Diplomas in Change Management and Corporate Governance she offers perspectives on both the needs of the employer, society and the learner. She won the All Ireland Strategy competition as part of her NUI Galway MBA team.
She has chaired the Western Region of the MBA Association of Ireland, been Vice-Chair of the University Alumni Board and is incoming President of Network, the association for Women in Business of which she was also awarded Businesswoman of the Year in 2020.
Having grown up within a stone's throw of 'the College' she looks forward to giving back to enable world-class learning and application of learning for future graduates.
