Meet the CDP-CDP consortium
Dr Susan Connolly
Dr. Susan Connolly serves as a a consultant cardiologist with the Western Health and Social Care Trust, N. Ireland.
As a member of the CDP-CDP Executive Programme Advisory Board, Dr. Connolly will provide clinical/medical oversight in the field of cardiovascular disease prevention. She will act as an international expert in the area of service delivery/models of care in cardiovascular disease prevention. She has unique experience in this area and will provide high level guidance (from a consultant cardiologist’s perspective in CVD prevention) for the delivery of the programme and direction of the research. Dr. Connolly will advise directly on PhD project 5 which is exploring peer support in cardiovascular disease prevention.
