Live Online Upcoming Dates

Live online GDPR training is advertised through the HR Learning and Development webpages and An Dialann. Two sessions are run once per semester with one focusing on Data Protection and the second focusing on Data Protection in Research.

Our Online training available for staff and students is now available on Canvas. All staff are enrolled automatically on Canvas, while students can self enrol. Visit https://universityofgalway.instructure.com/enroll/WYXHNB for access to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Training.
Self Paced Online (Research Development Centre)

We have an online self paced "Introduction to GDPR" offering through the Research Development Centre. See: https://www.universityofgalway.ie/rdc/

Please note if you are involved in Health Research then it is a legal requirement that you must have completed GDPR training.
