About the Anatomy Imaging and Microscopy Facility

The Anatomy Imaging and Microscopy Facility is a University of Galway core facility specialising in advanced microscopy techniques. This centre is available for students, researchers, academic and technical staff. Our highly experienced, specialist staff are committed to providing a supportive and resourceful working  environment where researchers can expect expert advice and comprehensive training that equips them to  achieve their goals. Our challenge is to meet present needs of researchers for microstructural characterisation and to meet new horizons by enabling cutting edge microscopy techniques. AIM works with research teams from all disciplines , departments and research groups  on our campus . We also welcome collaboration and partnership with industry.
