Accessibility & LanguageAccommodation
Student Residences
Students on the Irish Studies, Business and International Management and the Ecology Living Landscapes summer schools will be housed on-campus in Goldcrest Village. Housing provides students with single ensuite rooms in fully furnished, self-catering apartments. Laundry facilities are available on site. Bed linen, crockery, etc are provided in the apartments. Student residences are approximately a 10 minute walk to classes on campus.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 2026:
Atalia Student Residences DAC cancellation and refunds state that:
- If a student cancels after 30th April but before 16th May 2026 - 60% accommodation costs apply.
- If a student cancels after 16th May 2026 - full accommodation costs applies.
Cancellation must be notified by email to summerschool@universityofgalway.ie and conference@universityofgalway.ie and will take effect the day Atalia Student Residences DAC receives written email notification.
TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE: It is the responsibility of the student to take out private travel and health insurance. Students are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss that may arise. Campus Living does not accept responsibility for such events.
LOSS OR DAMAGE: Students and guests will be responsible for any damages incurred as a direct result of improper or disorderly behavior of the client, their guests, or representatives. Acts, omissions or defaults will result in a charge to remedy such damage.
