We would like to welcome you to the Masters in Biomedical Science.  NUI Galway has established a national and international reputation in the field of Biomedical Science. 

 As a Biomedical Science student you will benefit from access to some of Ireland’s leading researchers in this area, and from the University’s location within one of the top five global hubs for biomedial science and technology.  These leading researchers and experts will bring their expertise from the laboratory into the lecture theatre to share real knowledge of research in action. They make a significant contribution, not just to the advancement of knowledge in biomedicine, but in developing therapeutic treatments for patients.

 The programme complements and builds on existing undergraduate courses in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering at NUI Galway, as well as other onours degrees in the various Science disciplines.

Mr conducted his MSc Biomedical Science research project in Boston Scientific in 2015. Following completion of the MSc Biomedical Science programme has gained employment in Boston Scientific.
