Sachin Yadav

Sachin is a PhD Scholar at the School of Law. He completed his Masters in Law, specializing in Constitutional and Environmental Law, from the prestigious National Law University Delhi, India. Before his foray into research, Sachin gained valuable practical experience as a practising Advocate in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

His academic journey is diverse and robust. He earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Kirori Mal College, affiliated with the same university. Sachin's passion for education and teaching is evident from his achievement in qualifying for the Assistant Professor, UGC-NET JRF in India, which sets the benchmark for higher education teaching standards. He has already made significant strides with various publications in esteemed journals and contributions to book chapters.

He was elected as Postgraduate Research Officer at University of Galway Student's Union for the 2024-25 term.
