Risk Assessment Matrix

This provides qualitative descriptions of a wide range of different categories of risk - injury, user experience, standards compliance, other regulatory, project objectives, business continuity, public relations, environmental and financial/budgetary. It will be helpful if you are conducting a non-standard risk assessment and provide 5 levels of risk - negligible, minor, moderate, major and extreme.  Access it here.
