About the speaker: Dr Clara Bosch March is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Hull. She completed her PhD and LLM at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, University of Galway, where she was the recipient of a Government of Ireland Irish Research Council scholarship. Her research focuses on the prohibition on collective expulsion of aliens under Article 4 of Protocol No. 4 ECHR, and the judicial dialogue between the ECtHR and the State level in the shaping of the interpretation of this provision. She has published her research in leading journals in the field, such as the European Human Rights Law Review, the European Law Review, and the Journal of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law.
