LL.M students publish working paper on age assessment of age-disputed unaccompanied minors in Ireland in advance of reforms in the International Protection Bill 2025. The working paper was researched with the assistance of the Irish Refugee Council's Independent Law Centre and the KIND (Kids in Need of Defence) in Europe project, under the academic and editorial guidance of Professor Ciara Smyth.
