Join us for 'The Israeli Settlements in International Law: From Illegality to Apartheid to War Crimes' with Michael Lynk.

Abstract: The Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory have been deemed to be illegal under international law since their inception in 1967. What is less well understood is their central role in the Israeli practice of apartheid in the OPT, and the international community’s reluctant designation of the settlements as war crimes under international law.
