The Migration and Refugee Law and Policy research cluster brings together academic staff, post-doctoral and PhD researchers, working across a range of pressing issues in the fields of contemporary international migration and refugee law and policy.  Researchers contribute to academic scholarship and policy oriented research engaging with Governments, UN entities, regional bodies and national organisations, to strengthen the application of human rights law in the context of refugee protection, migration, climate related displacement and human trafficking.
