(1) Please contact Peter Feeney (Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs) if you wish to obtain external legal advice under our University Legal Services Framework. NUIG Contract Reference: CON447. Requests are then completed by filling out a Prior Notification to Corporate and Legal Affairs. Completed forms are to be returned to peter.feeney@universityofgalway.ie.
The Office of Corporate and Legal Affairs will liaise with the procurer regarding all matters, including actual engagement, matters of conflict or non-availability.
The Unit Head procuring the external legal advice is responsible for payment of the invoice arising.
