Payment Dates

Monthly  Paid Employees Pay Date:

Monthly paid Staff payroll (including employees submitting excel Timesheets for payment) is processed on the 3rd last working day of the month except December.

Travel & Subsistences Expenses Pay Date:

Expenses payment run is processed twice a month on the financial system and you will receive a remittance advice by email.

The deadline for claims to be approved relates to the Budget Holder / Head of School / UMT if applicable. The claims task owner must be with someone in finance or finance receipt check by the Tuesday deadline to be in for the next expenses payment date.

Weekly Paid Employees Pay Date:

The payment date for weekly paid staff is each Friday.

Retired Staff Pensions Pay Date:

Retired staff payment of pension is processed on the 3rd last working day of the month except December. You can access your payslip on Core Portal. Refer to the HR website and guides here.

Students Scholarship Pay Date:

Student Scholarship payment is processed on the 6th last working day of the month except December. FAQs available here
