Online Registration for 1st Year Undergraduate programmes is now closed. Please see below How To Register Now for 22/23.
- The Registration Help desks are now closed - email registration@universityofalway.ie ( please include your course code and student id number your query )
- COLLEGE PERMISSION: Obtain Permission from College / School and forward to registration@universityofgalway.ie
- FEES: Contact the Fees Office at fees@universityofgalway.ie Once the Fees Office have cleared you to register, email registration@universityofgalway.ie with confirmation of same.
- STUDENT: In order for us to manually register you, we require your authorisation, please reply to this email if you want to register and accept the Universities Terms & Conditions.

Student ID card: Once registered and a suitable photo uploaded (by logging into your student portal here), your student ID card can be collected at the Student Registry Helpdesk or it can be posted to your home address. Please make sure your home address is correct on your student portal.
Module selection: As online registration has now closed, you must get permission to add or delete modules to your curriculum from your College Office. Please email registration@universityofgalway.ie with the permission and relevant changes and we will update your record. Please include your student ID number on all correspondence.
