Warmest congratulations to Ursula Connolly, who was awarded second place in the 2019 Dean's Awards for Inclusive Teaching (Individual Award). Ursula was nominated for the award by students, in recognition of her highly inclusive and empathetic approach to teaching.
Ursula is pictured receiving her award certificate from the Dean of the College of Business, Public Policy and Law, Prof. John McHale, at the College's Inclusive Teaching Workshop. Ursula subsequently presented on her teaching approach to staff and students attending the workshop. Pictured below are the other award winners, the heads of School, including the Head of the School of Law, Dr Charles O'Mahony, and Dr Lucy-Ann Buckley and Dr Shivaun Quinlivan, who organised Friday's event.
