Nana is trained as both an attorney of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a Chartered Economic Policy Analyst. Nana is currently investigating the dichotomy between the spousal rights regime of Ghana, which is primarily based on Europeanized theories, and the socio-cultural underpinnings of the Ghanaian society using a mixed methodological deconstructionist approach. Nana is focused on developing a more socially reflective theory and standard for legislative and policy work into spousal property rights.
