Fee Payment

Full tuition payment is required on acceptance of a course offer for the Irish Studies, Education in Ireland, Ecology and Business.  Any outstanding fees must be paid by 30th May 2026.  Payments must be made by Electronic Funds Transfer using the information below:

Email a copy of the electronic payment transfer confirmation to the Summer School Office summerschool@universityofgalway.ie to help us track the payment.

Transfers must be made in Euros and please ensure "Summer School Course & Applicants Name" is referenced on all bank transfers; if a third party is processing the payment, please ensure same.

Tuition cancellation and Refunds

  • Student cancels after 30th April but before 15th May, 2026 - no tuition fee applies.
  • Student cancels after 15th May, 2026 but before course commences - deposit of €500 applies.
  • Student cancels after the start of the course - full tuition fee applies.
