Conference Gala Dinner (19:00-23:00, Aug. 14)

Fieldtrips and Networking (10:00-17:00, Aug. 16-18)

Fieldtrips: Daily trips on August 16,17,18 to 1. Cliffs of Moher, 2. Connemara, 3. Aran Islands. The purpose of the fieldtrips is to provide more opportunities of networking for delegates who wish to establish collaboration, while exploring the special natural environment of Ireland.  The fieldtrips are three separate daily trips, each trip to one of the three destinations, departing from Galway in the morning and returning to Galway in the evening. Tickets for the fieldtrips (not included in conference registration fee) can be purchased on the online registration system. Gala Dinner: The Conference Gala Dinner in the evening of August 14 provides further opportunities of networking while enjoying the traditional Irish food and culture. Tickets for the conference Gala Dinner (not included in conference registration fee) can be purchased on the online registration system. Exhibitor Package

We are excited to present an Exhibitor Package for this conference. By taking advantage of this opportunity, you will receive an exhibition table and two registrations for the event. In addition, your company name will be included on the conference website and program book. The nominal cost of this package is €2,000.

If you plan to send additional representatives to attend the conference, please note that registration fees for extra attendees will apply at the regular delegate rate.
