Our Payroll Services

The Payroll Office, part of the Financial Accounting Office, is responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across the University.

What We Do

Timely Payroll Processing

We ensure weekly and monthly processing of wages, salaries, and pensions for staff and retired employees.

Hourly & Part‑Time Employees

We manage payroll for hourly paid staff and campus visitors, including:

• External examiners
• Quality reviewers
• Subject specialists
• Guest lecturers
• Part‑time academic teaching support staff

Scholarship Stipends

We process scholarship stipend payments initiated by Research Accounts through the Core HR/Payroll system.

Deductions & Compliance

We oversee all statutory and voluntary deductions on wages, salaries, pensions, and other remuneration. We also ensure required returns are submitted promptly to relevant authorities such as Revenue and Social Protection.
