Third Level Student Visas
Stamp 2 Visa
Non-EEA students with Stamp 2 permission to remain in Ireland are allowed to take up casual employment:
- Part-time – Up to 20 hours per week during term time.
- Full time – Up to 40 hours per week during the following periods:
- June 1st – 30th September
- December 15th – January 15th
 
Stamp 1G Visa
Non-EEA graduates with Stamp 1G permission to remain in Ireland can work full time (up to 40 hours per week).
*You will be considered on your student visa until you have your 1G visa, and must follow the Stamp 2 working hours guidelines even if you are no longer studying.
