Taught Postgraduate Courses
MA in Translation Studies with Spanish
Students research a selected topic to be agreed between the student and a potential supervisor from the Discipline. Research entails independent study of the selected area with the aim of producing a PhD thesis in four years, combined with the study of a range of relevant modules. Potential research areas include topics in Spanish and Latin American literature and culture, as well as areas of linguistics and translation. Some financial assistance may be available for students undertaking postgraduate research in Spanish; inquiries should be directed to the Head of Discipline.
