The Social Care course is inspiring in a way that’s hard to fully put into words. The subjects are meaningful and thought-provoking. We are encouraged to look at society, inequality, ethics, and human experience with honesty and depth. The team of tutors were fantastic, highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable with years of experience in the field of Social Care. Across the 4 years l had the opportunity to go on practice placement which gave me the opportunity to broaden my understanding & knowledge of the Social Care sector. On my final placement this year l got the opportunity to work at a training centre which is funded by the probation service, and I was lucky to be offered a job by my placement teacher. I would highly recommend this course, especially to working mothers who wish to pursue a career in Social Care.

While completing the course, I was still able to work and take care of a family of five due to its flexible nature. The course involved a mixture of theoretical & practical experience.
