Orientation Week

Monday, 1 September – Friday, 5 September 2025

To help you settle in, we’ve lined up a week of orientation and welcome events specifically for you — a mix of helpful information, campus tours, cultural activities, and opportunities to meet fellow students from Ireland and around the globe.

Visiting Students/Erasmus

Monday, 1 September 2025

Visiting Students
Support services orientation will start at 13:00 PM in the Bailey Allen Hall.

Erasmus
Erasmus student card issuance and certificates of arrival will take place from 10:00 AM in the Bailey Allen Hall. This will be followed by support services orientation at 13:00 PM in the Bailey Allen Hall.
*This session is for Erasmus students only.

Academic Advisory Session
Academic orientation will take place from 9:30 AM in the Bailey Allen Hall. This will be followed by a specific session for Erasmus students only at 16:00 PM in the Bailey Allen Hall.
