Bitesize Learning Session: An Introduction to PowerAutomate Duration: 1 hour Facilitator: Nevan McCartin Course Content: This course will look at introducing University of Galway Staff to some basic Microsoft PowerAutomate functionality. Power Automate is all about process automation. Power Automate allows anyone with knowledge of a business process to create repeatable flows that when triggered leap into action and perform the process for them. This course aims to show University of Galway staff what Power Automate is and the business value it creates, in a straightforward, accessible way. Staff will be shown the value of working with PowerAutomate through case studies showing how it has been leveraged to automate everyday tasks to date in the University. By the end of the course, staff will take part in a build along PowerAutomate session, and make their first ever working PowerAutomate Flow to get them on their way to exploring a platform open to all university staff.
