Managers Matter: Leading Modern Families Duration: 2 hours Facilitator: Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Office Course Content: Line-managers and Supervisors are encouraged to attend the 'Managers Matter' programme. University of Galway has policies in place regarding flexible working, parental, carer, and maternity/paternity leave – but how these policies are being implemented and managed depends on you as a manager. Many potential solutions to help support working parents and those with caring responsibilities relate directly to individual management. This training course is offered on select dates each semester. This training programme will provide management and leadership advice on:
