University Strategic Plan & Risk Management Workshop

Course Content:

Aim: 

To facilitate a discussion with participants on how the University's strategic plan and strategic risk register can help guide their work, how they can contribute to implementation, and how they can use these documents to influence others. 

Objectives: 

That participants feel better informed about the University's strategic direction and the risk environment we operate in, and that they will be able to articulate more clearly their own priorities and contributions in the context of strategy implementation. 

Content: 

  • Brief presentation on the University strategic plan and strategic risk register. 
  • Facilitated discussion with break-out group work on how leaders can use these documents to inform their work, contribute to implementation and influence others.

Staff in leadership roles.
