Screens on Campus
The University has a growing network of digital screens on campus, with screens in the following buildings connected via server:
- Áras na Gaeilge
- Áras Uí Chathail
- Arts/Science Building
- Clinical Science Institute
- Hardiman Building (inc Library video wall)
- Shuttle buses on campus
Slide Design
To upload slides to these screens, please email the Internal Communications Officer with a Powerpoint slide matching the following requirements:
- Landscape slide in 16:9 (Widescreen) ratio - this is one of the standard slide sizes in Powerpoint
- The slide should have no more than 50 words and should use some images/colours to attract the eye
Video content
For video content, the preferred file type for video is .wmv, although most .mp4s can also be displayed.
