Employees Paid on Timesheet

Timesheets for Hourly Paid Teaching Staff, Exam Correctors, and Payroll Payment must be approved and emailed by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend, submit before this date to be included in the current payroll run. December exception: The deadline is November 28th, 2025.

Campus Visitors - Monthly Submission Deadlines

(External Examiners, Quality Reviewers, Subject Specialists/Guest Lecturer)

All submissions must be made within three months of work completion to ensure processing within the academic cycle. Late claims requires written justification.
Submission Process: The approver must email the timesheet, expenses (if applicable) , and legible receipts to the Bureau by 5:00 p.m. on the 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a weekend, the deadline is 5:00 p.m. on the previous Friday. December exception: The deadline is November 28th, 2025. Please ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including QA302 Sustainable Travel Policy, QA303 Use of Own Transport Policy, and QA304 Reimbursement of travel and subsistence costs to non-University staff and students.
