If you attended in-person training, prior to 2020, the following course content may be of interest to you. All the items below have either been changed or introduced since you were trained.

  1. Please ensure that you have logged into your University of Galway Microsoft 365 account prior to starting the course.
  2. Please watch ALL the shaded course videos, below, in the order in which they appear.
    And watch them on the same computer (and browser).
  3. Watch each video to the very end so they'll automatically be marked as watched. This way, you can easily pick up from where you left off, if you're taking the course over a few days.
  4. As you watch videos, course links will be automatically hidden, so you can easily find the next one to watch. To see all links again, click the link at the top of the list.
  5. Once it knows you have watched all the videos, you'll see an option to create your personal digital badge, at the bottom of the page. Your badge proves to the helpdesk that you completed this course.
