Promo image boxes

You can add have either 2- or 3-column promo image boxes.  They use the same size images and look for the exact same information.

You need to fully comply with copyright law. Ensure that you have the right to use any images you upload or insert onto your webpage. Further information is available on our Images FAQ page - Where can I find Images to use on my website.

Tip: Make sure the filename does not contain any spaces, and the file name has at least 3 characters (before the dot) or it might not upload. Also, remove any characters that are reserved for web addresses ( ! * ' ( ) ; : @ & = + $ , / ? % # [ ] ) or you may not be able to browse to the file once it's uploaded.

How can I add Promo Image Boxes to my page?

  1. Go to the section you want the 'Promo Images Boxes' content type to appear on.
  2. Click on the Actions Button and choose Edit section from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on +Add Content.

  4. Choose the content type 'Three Promo Image Boxes' or 'Two Promo Image Boxes'
  5. Give the content a Name
  6. Give the first box a title in the Item 1 - Title field
  7. Give the first box a description in the Item 1 - Description field
  8. Click on the Drop file here or click to choose to choose an image from your computer (705 x 520px is the recommended size).

    Once chosen click Open to insert the image.
  9. Add a link for the box - choose an internal site by clicking on +Add section link or +Add content link; or enter an external link into Item 1 - External Link URL
  10. Repeat the steps 5 - 9 above for Item 2 ('Two Promo Image Boxes') and Item 3 ('Three Promo Image Boxes')
  11. Click Save changes to put your content on Pending

    Click on the small arrow beside Save changes and choose Save and approve to approve your content
