The Building Services team in Buildings & Estates had a site visit to the new Dr Karen Guinee Library development on March 31st, 2026. Tom King, Capital Projects Manager, Buildings & Estates kindly walked the team through the site and provided a comprehensive overview of the current progress. It was a very useful opportunity for the team to see the works firsthand and to gather initial feedback from a Building Services perspective.
