Self Service Password Reset

The Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal enables Students, Staff, and External account holders to Activate their Campus Account by changing or resetting their password without requiring any assistance from the Service Desk. You can use this service anywhere and anytime. The SSPR Portal can be used when you have forgotten your password, or you wish to change your current password.

You will need to register for  Multifactor Authentication (MFA) before you can use this service, if you have not done so already, you can register here. For more information on MFA please click here.

SSPR resets the password for most University IT Systems:

• Microsoft Office 365 (Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Canvas
• Eduroam WiFi Network
• Library Systems
• PC Suite and Podium PC logins
• Staff Desktop logins
• Student Record System (Fees Payment and Registration Portal)
• Academic Web Services (Past Exam Papers, Exam Timetable and Exam Results)
• CorePortal
• Parking

* Staff Only: Please note that SSPR will not reset your Agresso Financial Management system password.
